1. Can I pickup my item?
Unfortunately we cannot offer pickup’s on our items, all items are shipped directly from our warehouse to ensure quick delivery and lowest possible shipping price.
2. How do I find out more information on the item I wish to purchase?
We provide all technical information as provided by our suppliers on each product’s page. If you do have any further questions please use the form on the Contact Us page. We will endeavor to answer your question as soon as possible to help you make your purchase decision. Otherwise please try researching the internet to try to find the information you require.
3. Do you offer a discount if I purchase multiple items?
We offer a 10% discount off cart items when you purchase two or more items which meet the following requirements:
- Discounts do not apply to items that are specifically marked with no multiple purchase discount.
- All items must be shipped to the same delivery address.
- If all items are not paid for at the same time the discount does not apply.

5. How long do I have to pay for an item?
Please pay within 7 days of making your order to avoid your order being canceled.

All our items are covered by warranty. Please read our Shipping & Warranty page for details. Please note that warranties are not transferrable.
8. Can I return an item I’ve received for a refund?
No refunds offered if you have changed your mind after purchasing the goods.
9. Is warranty on my item extended if that item is replaced under warranty?
The warranty only applies to the original product and is not extended for replacements.
10. Can I drop off faulty returns?
No, we do not allow drop-offs, please contact us first and we will provide a return address.
11. I have received my item but it is different from what was advertised, what should I do?
While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. Please notify us using our Contact Us page.
